After the call, receive a tailored proposal with scope, deliverables, design fees, payment schedule, included revisions and estimated timing. Work begins after approval and the agreed initial payment.

Meet on your introductory consultation
During our introductory consultation, discuss your needs, style, budget and preferred dates. We explain the service and next steps. You then receive your tailored proposal to review before booking.
Get to know your space
After booking, we gather measurements, references and details about your routines. We explain how measurements will be collected or verified for your in-person or online project.
Explore the design direction
Review the proposed layout, colors, furnishings and materials included in your package. Share your feedback so we can develop a direction that fits your home.
Refine the details
We refine the design through the revisions included in your proposal and confirm the agreed selections with you.
Receive your design
Receive the agreed final materials, which may include layouts, visual boards, product selections and implementation guidance. Purchasing assistance, styling and installation coordination can be quoted separately where available.
Home Styling
Show us your space
Share photos and tell us what feels unfinished or needs a refresh. Identify the furniture and accessories you would like to keep.
Choose your direction
During your introductory consultation, discuss your desired look, budget and timing. Receive a proposal identifying the areas, deliverables and level of support before booking.
Build around what you have
After booking, we assess what to retain, rearrange or complement, making the most of your existing furniture, artwork and accessories.
Bring the look together
We propose arrangements and complementary pieces such as rugs, lighting, textiles and decorative accessories, within the agreed scope.
Review before purchasing
Review recommendations and share your feedback through the included revisions. Product purchases, delivery and other related costs are identified separately from design fees.
Enjoy the finishing touches
Depending on your package, finish with an in-person styling session or a placement guide you can follow at your own pace.

Tell us what needs to work better
Share photos of your closets, pantry or storage areas and explain what is difficult to store, access or keep organized.
Choose your service
During your introductory consultation, we discuss your routines, priorities and budget. Choose organization of an existing space or custom closet and storage design. Your proposal defines the areas, deliverables, product costs and support included.
Review belongings and measurements
After booking, we review the space, dimensions and what you need to store. For organization, you decide what to keep, donate or discard. For custom design, responsibility for final site measurements is agreed before fabrication.
Create a system around you
For organization, we define practical zones and suitable organizers. For custom design, we develop the layout, storage features and finish direction. Review the proposal and provide feedback through the included revisions.
Put your plan into practice
Organization: receive agreed hands-on help in person, or an online plan with implementation instructions. Custom design: choose Design Only, with agreed drawings and specifications for your fabricator, or Design With Fabrication & Installation Coordination, with the supplier communication, quote and scheduling support specified in your contract.
Complete your project with clarity
Organization includes simple maintenance guidance. Design-only projects conclude with the agreed handoff; coordination projects include the contracted completion review. Your proposal identifies who contracts with and pays providers and who is responsible for measurements, fabrication and installation. Provider schedules are confirmed separately.
